The scope of works shall include everything associated with the finishing works including but not limited to : site set up, scaffolding, water proofing works, plastering works, wall and floor tiling works, demolition, screed works, floor covering works (linoleum) parquet works, internal doors and windows; joinery optional, internal and external painting works, partitions and suspended ceilings and cleaning works in accordance with the Chinese national code and according to the agreed time table.
